How the price
takes shape
You won’t find a price list on this page — and that’s good news. Here’s how we arrive at a number that actually holds.
Why we don’t quote
prices over the phone.
Because we haven’t seen your project yet. A price given blind is one of two things: lowballed to win you over — then swollen by “unforeseen” costs; or padded to protect whoever quoted it. Either way, you lose.
So we work the other way around: first we look, then we calculate. The site visit is free and commits you to nothing. While we’re there, we:
- Look — at the existing condition and the details no photo ever shows
- Measure — real dimensions taken on site, not “from memory”
- Listen — to what you want done, by when, and with which materials
- Speak honestly — including when something you want isn’t worth the money
What shapes
the price.
Two projects of identical size can cost differently — and the difference always has a name. Here’s what the quote depends on, whether it’s construction or cleaning:
- Size and scope — how much will be done, and what exactly
- Existing condition — what we’re building on and what needs correcting first
- Materials — supplied by you or by us, and of what grade
- Timeline — a relaxed schedule and an urgent one call for different logistics
- Access — floor, lift, options for delivery and haul-away
In the quote, none of this hides inside one lump sum — you see it line by line, so you know what you’re paying for and why.
The road to a quote
Three steps.
In black and white.
1. A call and a site visit
You call or write, we set a day and time. We come over, look, measure and ask the questions that prevent surprises later.
2. An itemised quote
You receive a written quote with a clear scope, materials and deadline. No “we’ll see” and no fine print — what’s in writing is what stands.
3. Changes in writing only
If something unforeseen surfaces during the work, we stop, show it to you and price the change up front. You decide — with the full picture in front of you.
