Is it really the same people every time?
Yes — that is the whole point of a schedule, and we protect it. When someone on the team is on leave or off sick, we warn you in advance and send a person who already knows the worksheet for your space.
Am I locked into a long contract?
We don’t want you staying with us by contract — we want you staying by choice. The terms are set out clearly before we start, and there is no small print waiting to surprise you.
Do we need to be there while you clean?
You don’t. Many of our clients prefer to come back to a clean space without being present — we agree together how access works and who is responsible for it. Trust is part of the service, and we treat it like a key: it is kept safe.
