Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we arrive with everything we need: professional equipment and products chosen for the surfaces in your space. If you have preferences — delicate fabrics, allergies, a favourite product — tell us in advance and we’ll work around them.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the space — so we don’t guess. When we book you in, you’ll hear a realistic estimate of how long it will take, and we stick to it.
Do you work on Saturdays?
We do our best to fit your schedule — including when the time that suits you isn’t on a weekday. Call us and we’ll find a day and hour that work for both sides.
