It all begins with the urge
to transform.
Valerie began with its founder’s fascination with creating and transforming spaces — with how a tired room can become a place you want to stay in.
The first serious project was the repair and reconstruction of a roof. That’s where the realisation came: this was her field — work you can see, touch, and that stays standing after you.
From there, the path was the one anyone who builds a name with their hands knows: project by project. Trust isn’t promised — it arrives with every handover and every kept word.
The cleaning business was born
of construction dust.
The second craft wasn’t invented in an office — it was born on the sites themselves. Even after the best renovation, the client was left with construction dust: the builders had done their job, yet the space still wasn’t ready to welcome them.
That’s when the founder asked the question that shaped the company as it is today:
“If we can do the renovation properly, why can’t we hand over the place completely finished — and clean?”
That’s how professional cleaning was born — not as an add-on, but as the natural conclusion of a renovation. And that’s how the two crafts came together under one name.

Today the two crafts live under one roof — Valerie Comfort Group. Construction carries the name Comfort Building 99, and professional cleaning — Valerie Pure Home. Two names, one standard, and one responsibility to every project.
