First the cause,

The most expensive insulation is the one that has to be done twice. So we never start with the material — we start with the inspection: where the damp is coming from, where the heat is escaping, what the wall is hiding. Only once we know the cause do we propose a solution — and put it in a quote with a clear scope.
Then comes the part no photo can show: preparing the base, the detailing around windows and parapets, the layers applied in the right order at the right time. That is where it is decided whether the insulation will work quietly for years — or start talking the very first winter.

I have mould — do I need insulation?
It depends — and the honest answer starts with an inspection, not a quote. Mould is a symptom: the cause may be a cold wall, a leak, condensation or poor ventilation, and each has a different remedy. First we find the cause, then we tell you whether insulation is the cure — or only part of it.
When is the right season for insulation work?
Different works have different requirements for temperature and humidity — there are months when you simply should not be bonding and rendering outdoors. At the site visit we tell you openly what can be done well, and when, rather than racing against the weather.
Do you offer a warranty on insulation?
Yes — the warranty terms are written into the contract before work begins, per type of work. What is in writing is what counts.
