How does access work if you clean outside working hours?
By protocol, not on generalised trust. We agree in writing which members of the team receive access, how keys or cards are handed over, and who is notified on entry and exit. Every handover is documented — so both you and we know who was in the office, and when.
Do you work under contract for offices?
Yes — we maintain offices on a scheduled basis, with an agreed frequency and a fixed scope of work. That way you know exactly what you are getting every week, and we know the site well enough to miss nothing.
Can you clean strictly outside our working hours?
That is exactly how we work most often. In the evening after your day ends, or early in the morning before it begins — tell us the window that suits you and we will fit into it. The goal is for your team and ours never to cross paths.
