Can we live in the home during the renovation?
It depends on the scope — for a complete renovation, the honest answer is usually “it will be hard”. Where possible, we organise the work in stages, room by room, so part of the home stays liveable. We tell you this openly at the site visit — not after the first wall comes down.
How long does a complete renovation take?
You will not hear a universal number from us — it depends on the floor area, the installations and the condition we find. What you will hear: a specific deadline in your quote, after the site visit. And because the whole renovation is in one pair of hands, that deadline does not depend on anyone else’s schedule.
What happens if something unexpected turns up mid-project?
We stop, we show it to you, and we price the change in writing before we continue. No work “on trust”, no surprises in the final bill — you decide with the full picture in front of you.
